A fun and energy filled fitness class that uses Latin American and International Music, Rhythms and Dance Styles.  Don't worry if you have 2 left feet, as this class is about having fun and forgetting you are exercising.

SHINE (Some Health Improvements Need Exercise) is a physical activity programme for adults 60 and over living in the Wokingham Borough.Here at Vibez we off Zumba Gold which are classes that are a Latin-inspired dance workout to music featuring easy to follow routines, specially formulated for over 60s.

We also offer Forever Jhoom. This is a fantastic Bollywood dance workout to build your stamina and fitness gradually.  Starting with a warm-up, followed by easy to follow dance routines and ending with a yoga inspired cool-down. 


A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre(barreconcept) is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level
