Meet The Team
Richard Still - Professional Ballroom and Latin Dancer and Teacher
I started dancing at the age of 4 at my local dance school in Reading, the County School of Dancing. I started just going to a weekly class on a Saturday morning but soon got into the dancing swing, began to have some private tuition and worked towards the NATD medal system. I did my first competition at the age of 5 which I won and continued to progress through the medallist system. With my local dance partner we continued to have more private lessons in the school and moved out onto the open circuit competing in the National and International Championships, I had a thrill for winning! I love working hard and teaching and training people to dance.
Leanne McNulty - Pilates and Fitness Instructor
I am a trained dancer and have a real passion for dance and performing. I have studied many styles of dance since the age of 4 starting with Ballet and progressing to styles such as Hip Hop and Salsa. I felt a natural progression was to teach others and what better way than incorporating my dance technique into Group Exercise classes.
In 2004 I studied for my OCR Level 2 certificate in Teaching Mat Based Pilates, then in 2008/2009 I gained my level 3 CYQ Pilates.
Never resting and always wanting to learn more, I also hold certificates in Zumba & ZumbAtomic and I am now in the process of becoming a Yoga Teacher…my moto is you should never stop learning!

Tom Nickson – Professional Ballroom, Latin & Argentine Tango Dance Teacher
Like most dancing professionals, I started in the medallist system progressing to open competition at an amateur level and eventually becoming qualified as a professional in both the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) and the National Association of Teachers of Dancing (NATD). I also studied the practical aspects of training and am a Member of the Chartered Institute Personnel and Development (MCIPD). I have been teaching dance as a qualified professional for in excess of 25 years. I took an interest in Argentine Tango some 17 years ago and have studied with some of the top Maestros both in the UK and in Buenos Aires. Argentine Tango is now a passion with me and I have run the successful Berkshire Argentine Tango Club here in Reading for the last 7 years.
